which Perkins lost his life, the marshal

sisting arrest.

inquest held, and, the verdict of the,
jury was to the effect that "The dt-
conesed came to his death by a gunshot
wound in the hahds of an offloer while
resisting arrest." Perkins arrived here
from Gainesville Monday evening,.

from Dunnellon Tuesday afternoon, A
