John J. Meyers, 21, was riding his bicycle with a
passenger North-South Drive Oct.20,1989,when J
the handlebars hit the right side-view mirror of UF J
psychiatrist Dr. Celso Benedao Labao's BMW,caus-
ing about$200 in damage, a UF police report stated.

UF police arrested Meyers near Simpson Hall I
after Meyers failed three roadside sobriety tests
given by UF police officer Philip Fudge, accordingto
police. Meyers was then taken to the Alachua
County Sheriffs Office, where he registered 0.13 on
two separate breath analysis tests and was charged !
