HOW TO USE THIS PICTURE-BOOK.The key pages contain the objects, figures, and parts of figures, belonging tothe blanks left in the picture-book.The objects, &c., are all numbered according to the pages to which they belong;thus-all marked I, belong to page I of the book; those marked 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6,belong respectively to pages 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 of the same. They must be cut out neatly and very exactly, and stuck on with gum* in theblanks which they fit.The book will then be complete, and the effect of the whole will be foundremarkably good. The blanks might also be coloured, taking the key pages as copy." Gum Arabic dissolved in boiling water is the best material to make the cut-out figures adhesive. The Baldwin Librarymqunivnityof d
