1. HONOR CODE.
_ ~The offenses herein set forth shall be dealt
with by the Honor Court after the manner pro-
G vided in Section 2 of Article 8 of the Constitution
of the student body of the University of Florida.
Sec. 1 Cheating, giving or receiving any man-
ner of aid in connection with a test or examina-
! tion in anv college course.

-~ 2. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THE
' If the Court finds the accused guilty, and he
makes no immediate appeal, the Court shall in
its discretion, either-
|a-reprimand and warn the culprit, if there
are mitigating circumstances and the
1^ ~violation is not flagrant, and it is the
first offense, or
_ -b-suspend, if it is a clear case and the cul-
.|i7 prit pleads guilty, and it is the first of-
c--EXPEL if the violation is flagrant and
wilful or if it is the second offense.
g --No person once expelled by the d",ee of the
- Honor Court shall ever be received ck in:. 1-
membership of the Student Body, exc it upon
vote of the Executive Council.
