Abstract: This view illustrates again why Cape Coral is called "A Waterfront Wonderland." Note how wide canal criss-cross the entire development. If you look closely to the left you will see that waterfront homesites do not have back door neighbors, but only neighbors on either side of them. Road is at the front and water in the rear -- truly a dream location.
