Abstract:
This file is a spread sheet (Excel file) containing annotation information and fold change levels of all transcripts that were significantly differentially regulated as determined by a one-way ANOVA (p < 0.05) by TB exposure. The file includes the Gene Title, the GO annotations (Biological Process, Cellular Component, and Molecular Funciton), BLAST accension numbers and associated e-values and hit definitions, the feature number associated with the custom G. holbrooki microarray, and the mean Log2-transformed expression values for both groups. The difference between the TB and vehicle control-exposed groups is provided, along with the associated t and p-values from the one-way ANOVA.
