TO OUR FATHER
Oh. DADDY, how can we say goodbye to someone we shared a
love with?
To someone who brought us so much joy and fulfillment...How
do we Say good-bye, and let go of that which we once held....
To the comfort and the nourishment and to the love....
We don't think we can ever really say good-bye....
Anymore than we could say good-bye to our hearts....
We will survive,
We will feel Love again, but i
We will never ever forget each other.
With Love
S. Your Children
IN LOVING MEMORY
As I sat down to write ny good-bye
tears began to fill my eyes.
I then thought, good-bye is such a difficult word to
say when someone is loved sincerely.
It Is only natural to want them near
But God has marked each sorrowing day and numbered
every secret tear, and haven's long age of bliss
shall pay for all his children's sufferings here.
The hours you would spend having all
nine children come to sit on Daddy's lap, you were
never weary, nor did you ever make a fuss; you were
patient until we all had our turn, and when you were
finished, you would always say, remember I Love all nine.
Father now you are gone,
but we promise we will carry on;
JESUS has called you home to rest
we will not question; JESUS knows best.
So sleep on and take your rest.
