Abstract: The Enid M. Baa Library of the Division of Libraries, Archives and Museums (DLAM) has acquired an extensive collection of memorial booklets since the early 1970's for U. S. Virgin Islands residents. Booklets are usually more than 10 pages long and give details of the life and family connections of the deceased.

Charles Adofphus %pennmfeather

1944-1995
Charles Adlophus Pennyfeather was born in St. Kitts on May
19,1944 to Mr. Joseph and Rebecca Pennyfeather. He migrated
to St Thomas, Virgin Islands in 1960. He was married to the
former Rose Browne Reed on November 18, 1971. He was
employed by the Public Works Department as a Heavy
Equipment Operator from 1972 until he departed this life.
