IN TRIBUTE...
Desmond Keninore Penn, my father, was born on the island of
Tortola on April 20, 1920.
I will 'always remember you, Daddy, as a loving, caring, supportive
father, who did not hesitate to administer discipline whenever we got out
of line. But that discipline was softened when you made us laugh with
stories of long ago, and daily jokes.
The ways in which you touched my life were very special, and will
remain precious. I will miss you.
Over the past fifteen months since you were taken ill with several
strokes, I keenly observed the agony you suffered quietly, and without
complaint. You remained dedicated, even though in a limited way, to
Mother and your duties and responsibilities. Your love for your family.
always prevailed.
We take comfort in knowing you accepted Jesus as your personal
Savior, and have now gone to be with him. May you rest in peace.

Your loving daughter,
Elsa Louise
