UtroN J4ntomo Miis, Sr.

1966-1995

Elroy Antonio Mills, known by the nickname Puch," was born to the
parents of Robert Mills and Fern Jackson on August 8,1966, on the island
of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. lroy was raised in Savan until his sixth
year when he moved to Thomasville where he was raised with love and
caring by his grandparents, Henderson and Evelyn Forte.
Elroy possessed a kind and quiet spirit He always had a small smile
and wave for anyone who came in contact with him. Elroy attended
Emmanuel Benjamine Oliver grammar school, Junior High at Bertha C
Boschulte School and graduated from Eudora Kean High School in 1983.
During the last five to six years, he worked at ABC Car Rental He was
a meticulous, dynamic, superb mechanic. He only had to hear and
observe the sound of a car engine to know what was wrong with it. He
was one of the best mechanics in the Virgin Islands. He will be missed by
all the fanatics of race cars, and car lovers.
His relationship with his fiance Donna and his children, Calisha and
Elroy, was beautiful to see, so compassionate and sharing. One didn't
miss with her of his kids. He was quiet, But! He loved Donna, Calisha
and Elroy very much. It was a relationship of 18 years, with many ups
and downs, but up to the end they were still together.
On November 13, 1995, he was coming to Donna so they could start
into another era of life. His plans were rudely interrupted by the destiny
of what we all know is for all of us. He was killed instantly in a car
accident
Simple and practical, he knew how to make one laugh. He enjoyed
puling practical jokes on others. This loving, affectionate, caring person,
with a unique sense of humor will be greatly missed. But God knows
best. We'n trust him to see us through. Sleep on, Elroy, in peace with the
Lord on your chariot of clouds. We love you.
