ADA LANCLOS
1944- 1996
Ada Lanclos was born on the island of Tortola,
B.V.I. on June 6, 1944 to Ida Jennings and the late
Henry Jennings. She was married to Monroe Lanclos
on May 27, 1964 for 31 wonderful years in which they
conceived six children.
She was employed at the Department of Personnel
for a short time until she found a full-time position in
the accounting division of the Department of Finance
for the past 15 years.
She was a very supportive, loving, and caring wife,
mother and grandmother who gave unselfishly. She
would do every and anything for her children. She was
also a very religious person who accepted Jesus Christ
as her personal Savior many years ago and continued
serving him throughout her life. She devoted her time
to prayer and scripture reading with her children and
loved ones. May God bless you and keep you and make
his face shine upon you. We love you.
