Abstract: The Enid M. Baa Library of the Division of Libraries, Archives and Museums (DLAM) has acquired an extensive collection of memorial booklets since the early 1970's for U. S. Virgin Islands residents. Booklets are usually more than 10 pages long and give details of the life and family connections of the deceased.

Goodluckson John-Lewis was born in Dominica
on the 14th day of November, 1972. He attended
grammar school in Dominica until he moved to
the U.S. Virgin Islands where he attended Addelita
Cancryn Junior High School and the Charlotte
Amalie High School. He worked for a time at
Marianne clothing store. He was a very kind and
caring brother.
