Mr. Frank Pilgrim, former

Prime Minister Forbes Burn-
ham, are scheduled to leave
Guyana on Sudday for Cuba,
Haiti and the Dominican Re-
They are going to ascertain
from the governments of
these countries, the level of
their involvement in the
Caribbean Festivaf of Arts
(CARIFESTA) Ato be held in
Georgetown in August.
Altogether some 25 coun-
tries have been invited to
participate in CARIFESTA
for which one of the major
.projects is the construction
of a National Culture Cen-
Miss Lynette Dolphin will
also be leaving the country
shortly for Brazil, Chile
and Peru in connection with
arrangements being made
for the artists from these
countries participating in
