Commanding Ocer: Capt. Jerey Kim Chief Sta Ocer: Cmdr. Terry McNamara Command Master Chief: CMDCM (SW/AW) Warren Britten Public Aairs Ocer: Randall Baucom Editor: James O'Donnell Layout: Daniel Taylor NEWS AND NOTICES C omment: I am a tower resident. Last week, I was walking into the tower and heard loud music coming from the party room. I thought it was a DJ playing party music, but realized it was actually a band playing rock music. I peered into the room from the blinds outside and saw there was a drummer, a guy playing bass guitar with huge speakers with amps for microphones and a couple of ladies singing and playing guitars. I thought bands weren't allowed in the party room? I discovered that this group conveniently checks out the party room and invites people from all over the base to play there once a month. My point is this: People need to follow the rules, period. If band and loud music playing is not allowed, it's not allowed. If they want to have a band, they shouldn't practice in the party room.
