Definitions of NurseKy Stock and Plant.- -"Nursery stock" means any plant for planting,- propagation, or ornameiltation.

t ,ia Ifril.awful to sell any nursery, stock without an annual license obtained'fr6m the California Director of Agriculture. The license shall be issued to' any percon selling plants at any place in the State on payMent of a minimum fee of 615. An additional fee of $15 must be paid

The fee for such acreage shal-Inot exceed $15, Thd 4plinant must satisfy the director of good faith'in carrying on a nurzorybusiness.
