A 1925 calendar by the Dutch-Jewish artist, Samuel Lesser Schwarz, also known as Mommie Schwarz, and perhaps in collaboration with his wife Else Berg. The calendar consists of 6 sheets, each with a brilliantly colored print inspired by and depicting the German-born radical avant-garde dancer Gertrud Leistikow. Schwartz and Berg were murdered in Auschwitz.
