Abstract:
The back reads: The Flat Arch of Santo Domingo built by the Spaniards in the year 1678 and destroyed by fire in 1761. It resists the inclemencies of the weather as proof of the faith of an Isthmus without volcanoes, which history and its geographical position have destined to be the Crossroads of the World.
General Note:
Writing on the front in blue ink that says "A national monument. The Flat Arch of Santo Domingo."
