According to information received from lir. William L. Chapman, Commissioner
of Agriculture of the W'yoming Department of Agriculture, European Corn
Borer Quarantine Order No. 5, effective Sept. 1, 1952, has been revoked.
The European Corn Borer (Pyrausta nubilalis Hubsn.) now exists in Brook,
Goshen, and Platte Counties in the State of Vlyoming and further restriction
on the interstate movement of certain products and objects from the In-
fested Territory into that State is no longer necessary.
Page 3 of the summary, approved on August 22, 1953 by Uartin 'i. Poyner,
Acting State Entomologist, may be detached and destroyed.
