SRoturne for diesel electric and electric locomotives represent the number of locomotives, I.e. any combination of locomotive unite operated under a single control at
* Cumulative figures shown In this statement represent averages of the number of units of equipment reported at the close of each month within the ouaulative period.
The averages are computed for each railway separately and then totaled.
