Abstract:
The project team plans to promote and facilitate five Collaborating with Strangers (CoLAB) networking workshops to connect 250 College of Journalism and Communications students, staff and faculty with others from business, engineering and health sciences colleges. The project goal is to use proven facilitation processes and online follow-up to eliminate networking barriers, while creating the fertile ground for creative, entrepreneurial ideas that arise for focused conversations between those in and outside the field of mass communications.
