Declaring names of counties placed in modified accredited
areas for tuberculosis.
Effective on and after July 23, 1923.

UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE,
BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY,
Washington, D. C., July 23, 1923.
In compliance with the provisions of Amendment 2 to B. A. I.
Order 273, dated July 18, 1923, and effective on July 23, 1923, the
following counties in the States named are hereby declared as Modi-
fied Accredited Areas" for a period of three years from July 23,
1923:
Dearborn County, in the State of Indiana; Hillsdale, Charlevoix,
Antrim, and Emmet Counties, in the State of Michigan; Scotland,
Rowan, Pender, New Hanover, Davie, Davidson, Cumberland, Ca-
barrus, Buncombe, and Forsyth Counties, in the State of North Caro-
lina; and Bradley and Marshall Counties, in the State of Tennessee.
