- At UF, each digital / data collection is affiliated with one or more Curators or Program Directors, with collaborative support from the UF Curator for Digital Collections and/or the Digital Scholarship Librarian and/or Digital Development & Web Services.
This is a tracking form for tracking the transfer of materials to Digital Production Services prior to ingest into SobekCM with tracking forms then automatically created and available. After the items are ingested/input into SobekCM, curators can see the items in process by going to their collection aggregation and viewing private/inprocess items (from the aggregation link, add “/inprocess”) and then
the workflow history on items from the “View Work History” tab by adding “/tracking” to the permanent link:
