Needs assessment What concerns do you have? Could use more formal help in establishing and maintaining databases. Data storage capacity for long term storage is inadequate. I am concerned that my data are unorganized and that I may somehow lose them I pay a student to handle it now, but when they graduate, I may have a problem. Need additional training for data collection, management, and editing. Need more consistent processes so everyone is storing data at the highest level without having to research all of the options
