Foreign Trade Developments

Sales can be yours in our upcoming food shows in Tokyo and Hong Kong. The
International Food Exhibit in Tokyo, March 12-16, is in our largest overseas
food market and over 70,000 trade visitors are expected. Directly following
is a FAS sponsored food exhibit in Hong Kong, March 20-22. Both of these
markets offer excellent opportunities for a wide variety of processed foods.









The fee for Tokyo is $400 and Hong Kong $200. The fees include the exhibit
booths, advertising to bring buyers to the trade show, and other FAS exhibit
services. Exhibitor attendance is required. Get double returns for your
travel money by participating in both shows. Applications will be honored

Caribbean Sales Team. You are invited to join a FAS sponsored sales team
to the Caribbean tourist meccas of Martinique, Barbados, Surinam, and Trinidad,

of non-competing lines on a first-come sign-up basis. The countries to be
visited are dollar markets for a wide variety of processed foods for the tourist
trade. Scheduled appointments with potential buyers will be made for all team
