Kuwait Agricultural Exhibition
The Kuwait International Fair (KSC) company invites international participation in
the third annual agricultural exhibition to be held March 6-12, 1985. The event will
be staged at the International Hall, International Fair Ground, Mishrif, Kuwait.
The state of Kuwait has given special importance to the production of agricultural
food products. The government recently established an Office of Agricultural Affairs
and Fish Resources to supervise the development of the agricultural sector and to
implement a plan aimed at increasing the role and contribution of agriculture to the
The management of the Kuwait International Fair has endevored to establish a regular
annual agricultural exhibition in Kuwait, offering local specialists and other
interested parties an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest in modern
agricultural equipment, methods and processes.
The agricultural show is expected to include exhibitors of agricultural equipment,
tree samplings, indoor decorative plants, animal feed, fertilizer, seed, pesticides,
poultry processing equipment and green house supplies.
Exhibit rates are Kuwait Dinar 24 (approximately U.S. $84) per square meter for space
inside the hall and Kuwait Dinar 12 (approximately U.S. $42) per square meter for
space in the open space outside the hall.

Tenth All Japan Swine Show
The Tenth All Japan Swine Show is scheduled for October 25 29, 1984. The show site
is a wide river bank in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, about one and a half hours
by car or express train from Toyko.
Application for booths must be received by the National Swine Association, Attention
Mr. Hideyo Koharu, Rakunoh Kaikan Bldg., 1-37-20Y Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Toyko 151, by
September 20. Booth dimensions will be 2.7 meters wide and 3.6 meters long and will
be covered by a tent with partitions. Cost is 180,000 yen/booth with reduction to
170,000 yen/booth for two to four booths by one leasee or 150,000 yen/booth for five
or more booths. All booths will be furnished with table, chairs, name sign and
