FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL TRADE SHOW

The Florida International Trade Show will be taking place on May 9 ano 10, 1986 at
the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, Florica.

This international agribusiness trade show will feature livestock, agricultural
equipment and machinery. Several events will be features such as: cattle judging, a
tractor driving contest, and a horse show.

The trace show will immediately follow the Latin American Livestock and Poultry Short
Course held annually at the University of Florida in Gainsville on May 5-8. The
Short Course is conducted in Spanish for the benefit of the many visitors expected

Japanr TBT notification 85.43 The Japanese Ministry of health and Welfare, Environmental
Health Bureau, Food Sanitation Division, Office of Port Health Administration has
announced the establishment of temporary tolerances for ethylene dibromiae (EDIB) in wheat
and its products. The temporary tolerances are as follows: wheat 100 ppb, intermediate
level products (flour etc.) 10 ppb, end products (bread etc.) not detected. The
tolerances enterea into force January 10, 1985.

Chile -The Technical Office recently receives a copy of Chile's labeling and packaging
regulations.
Lanada Agriculture Canada recently issued a press release stating that Agriculture
Minister john kise has instructed Agriculture Canada officials to amend regulations to
permit the voluntary dual measurement labeling (metric and imperial) of Agricultural
chemicals, including fertilizers and pesticides.
