SCOPE OF WORK COST ESTIMATE

1. Remove all existing construction east of the original kitchen
east wall........................................ ............

2. Remove masonry fence on south property line and replace with
190 feet of rived board fence...................................

3. Remove masonry gate and restore 1893 wood gate....... .... ......

4. Remove stucco arches and edge beam at south balcony, -rebuild edge
beam and provide wooden columns at first floor and second floor.
