PAGE 1 Information to add a new item to a serial. / Informacin para agregar nuevo art culo a un ttulo seriado. Click on the Volume ID Number to open the Metad a ta for the Entire Volume. / Haz click en el N mero del V olumen para abrir los metadatos para el volumen completo. PAGE 2 Click Add New Volum e / Haz click en el boton de Add a New Volume PAGE 3 Click Save and the system will ge nerate a new bibliographic ID for the volume with the next number. Haz click en Save y el systema gener un nuevo id bibliog rafico para el volumen con el siguiente n mero. PAGE 4 Once the New Item is Created, Click on Edit Metadata / Una vez creada, haz click en Edit M etadata PAGE 5 The Metadata Screen will o pen. Click on Record I nformation / La pantalla de metadato s abre. Haz click en Record Information PAGE 6 Click on the blue information in the Serial Hierarchy tab. A pop up box will appear. Haz click en la informaci n azul en la seccin el Serial Hierarchy Nueva pantalla aparece. PAGE 7 Edit the Hierarchy information. Follow the same conventions as in the original record. Close the dialog box and b e s ure to click save / Editar la informacin jerarqua Sigue las convenciones del volume n original.
