Dear Miss Hurston: -

Many thanks for your efforts to bring the Post
into the technical library at Patrick Air Force Base. I
wish that I could supply enlargements of all of the photo-
graphs that were used in the White Sands proving ground arti-
cle, but only two of these were Saturday Evening Post photo-
graphs. The others were from various photograph agencies.
Enlargements of the two Post photographs are being sent to
you by our photography department and you ought to be~ getting
them soon.

After batting out the foregoing "'thank you" para-
graph it makes me especially sorry that we can't see our way
clear to suggesting that you try the desegregation article
you outline. WW~ have a topheavy list of articles on this
subject and it will take some months to work them off.
