Summary: A now American computer scientist was born in Syria, moved to Kuwait and studied at the University of Kuwait and obtained a B.A. in electrical engineering. After that went to Georgia Tech for an M.A. and on to the University of Wisconsin for a PhD. but transferred to Texas A&M for an M.A. in computer studies and works in medical research.
