SYEC.TONj 10. Nothinlg contained in this C'ode shall cons~fitute the
memllbersi of a1 Code Au~thorit -partners- f-or any purpose. Nor shall
any m'lember of a C'ode Aulthority be liable in any manner to anyone
f~or atny acl:t f any other nruemb~er, officer, ag;I~ent, o r mlol~~yee of a,
Code A~utho~ityv. Nor shall anyr mlember of a Codci A~uthority,, exer-

Swroxc~ 12. The Code Anuthorities, in addition to those enume~i~1ratedt
in Section 6 of this Article, shall have the following~ duties and
powers to the extent piermittedr~ by the Ahct:
(a) T~o adopt By-Laws for their own procedure.
(b) To use such trade associationsu and other aIgenlc.it as they d~eemn
prop~er for the carrying out of any of their activities providedi
herein, pro~vid~ed that nothing h-erein shall relieve the Code Aurthor~l-









ities of their duties~ or r~espons;ibiliti esI; under this Cocde and~ that sucth
trade associations~ an3d agen(ie~s shall at all times he subject to aLnd
com~ply w~ith thc pr~ovisionls hereof.
(c) -To appoint Trade Practice Colmmittees w\chich shall meet with
the Tradc'e Practice Conunmittees appointed unde~r:l such other Codes
as may bei related to the Trade for the purpose of formlalll~tingb fair
trad~e pra"tictes to gov~r~n the relationships between1 employers under1
