bile Mlanu~facturing Industry, pursuant to and in full cmp~iance
with the pr~ovisions of Title I: of the JNatiolnal Inldulstr~ial Recovery
A'ct, apprloved Junte 16, 193:3, and thle pr~ovisio~ns of the~ Codet of Fiair
Cfompe~ttiion for the Au~tomoboile Mannufa~ctur~ing Inlfdt~str duly ap-
provedc' on ASugust SG,! 1933, for my approval of an nniendmelntl to
said Code of Fair COmpii-etitioni for the Ault~omobile Mannufact urine
Industry, and the Naltionatl Indcustrial Recovery Board havingr found
that the said proposed amendmeil ntlt comnplies in all respects with the
pertinent~ plrovisions of Title. I of said Act and thlat the requir~ements
of claluses (1) and (2) of subsectionl (a) of sec~tionI 3 of said AI~ct
