SIm: An application has been duly made pursuant to and in full
compliance with the provisions of Title I of the National Industrial |[
Recovery Act for amendment to the Code of Fair Competition for
the Undergarment and Negligee Industry, to provide for alternates I
to the members of the Industry who are on the Code Authorit and
also to provide for two representatives and a similar num 1
alternates to be nominated by the Labor Advisory Board, and who
shall have the right to vote on all questions affecting labor compli-
ance and enforcement. Hearings on the amendment were conducted
in Washington, D. C. on August 9, 1934.
The Deputy Administrator in his fnal report to the National
Industrial Recovery Board on said amendment to said Code having
found as herein set forth and on the basis of all proceedings in this

AMENDMENT TO CODE
The Code of Fair Competitiofor the Undergarment
Industry is amended by the following:
Amend Article VI, Section 1 by deleting Sub-sections
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
