September 21st., 1910.

Mrs. F. A. Tinker.
97 Cedar Street,
Lapur, Mich.
Dear Madam:

I have your favor and take pleasure in telling you nore
about Celery Farms than our literature indicates. Our plan does
not provide for five acre tr.'cts. After going into the matter care-
fully we concluded that ten acres was about the malletlet tra-t upon
which a person could erect a fine home and at the same tine have
sufficient land to properly raise truck- for profitable sales, have
a snall .rove of oranges or grape fruit. I htmight 'e po-sible "or
Sus to taz:c out ; tract as you say where the borders are rather
indefinite and let you have it. You can establish a winter home
here -hitch would be ideal with lake and river and creek and the
opportunity to raise poultry, put in your potatoes n1kke a good crop
and have net only a winter of pleasure but plenty.

You can depend upon un to give you aonething that wJill
suit you in e3-rery way that is tl-e whole basis of our colony, suiting
the purchaser.

You will see by our Bulletin No 12 that all of our $3;5.00
an acro land is gone and we believe that you will make no mistal-e
by sending us your first payment in order to secure your reservation.

Very truly yours,

FLORIDA HOMELAV COIMFANY.

Mr. T. B. Hand,

Dear Ar -

I had Adams in the office this morning and'finally got
rid of his. I allowed him commission on Stannard and Suith, his
expense account, $33.89 and salary up to October 15th, getting
full and complete release on contract. He was rather inclined to

be nasty but I beat him to it.

I have placed Brown in charge temperaritlf I have tried
out the Railroad game and have sent down to Celery City six poopfe
within the last three days as the result.

We are covering the trains going out of here night
-and morning and so far it seems to have stirred up a lot of
inter e t.

The mail work is going on rapidly.
We shall be glid to have you back here soon

Very truly yours,
