Video oral history of anthropologist William Fenton conducted by anthropologist J. David Sapir. Dr. Fenton, known as "Mr. Iroquois" for his extensive work among this Indian group, discusses the people and events that were influential in his career including Edward Sapir and Franz Boas and his work among the Sioux and Iroquois. Video is from the "History of Anthropology" series produced by the University of Florida's Department of Anthropology in conjunction with the Wenner-Gren Foundation for Anthropological Research.
