An applications having been durly mnade pursuanlt to and in full
~omlplianlce with the p~rov\isionsl of Title I of the National Industrial
Recovery Act, appr~ovedl June 16i, 1933, for approval of an amend-
mnent to a C~ode of Fair Comnpetition for thle Expanding and Spe-
cialty Paper Prolducts'~ Indullstry,' and due notice and opportunity to
be heard hav\inlg been given thereon and the annexed report on said
amendment, containing findings with respect thereto, having been
made and directed to the President:
NOW, TH~EIREFORE, on behalf of the Precsidentlt of the U.nited
States, the National Industrial Recover~y Board, pursuant to author-
ity vested in it by 1Executive Orders of the President, including
Executive order No. 68.59, dlated September 27, 1934, and otherwise;
does hereby incorporate, by reference, said annlexed report and does
find that said amlendmenltll and the Code as constituted after being
amnended comply in all respects with the pertinent provisions and
will promote tche policy andl purposes of said title of said act, and
does hereby order that said amendment be and it is hereby approved,
and that the previous approval of satid Code is hereby amended to
include an approval of said Code in its entirety as amended.
