COMMERCIAL IIXTIE: INDUSTRY
An application having been duly made p~ursuntl to and in full
c~ompliance with the provisions of Title I of the Naltional Inrlustr~ial
Recovery Act, approved June 16, 1933, for approval of a modification
to the Code of Fair Compnetition for the Conunerciallrin Fixture In-
dustry, and due consideration having been given thel~~reo and the
a~nnexied re~po~t, on said modification, containing findings with re-
spect thereto, having b~een made and directed to thie President:
NOW, T~HEREFORCE, on behalf of the Presidlent of the United
States, I, Hugh S. Johnson, Admlinistrattor for Industrial Recovery,
pu'rsunnrt to authority vested in me by Executive Orde~ir No. 6543-A,
dated December 30, 1933, and otherwise, do hereby incorporate, by
reference, said annexed report and do find thant, said modification. and
the Code as constituted after being modlifiedl comply in all respects
with the per1tinent provisions and will promote the policy and pur-
p'oses of said T~itle of said Act, and do hereby order that said modi-
fication be andi it is hereby approved, and that the previous approval
of said Code is hereby~S modified to include an approval of said Code
in its entirety as modified; provided, however, that Section 8 of
Article VI and sulbsectio~n (g) of Section 10 of Article VI, be and
they are hereby deleted.
