An application having been duly made pursuant to and in full
compliance with the provisions of Tit~le I: of the National Industr~ial
Rec~overy Act;, alpproveder June 16, 1933, for approval of amendments
to the Code of Fair Complletitionl for the Road Machinery Mai~nufac-
tulring Induslltry, andl hearngs; l having beecn dulIy held thereon and the
annnsexed report on said muel~ltndme~nts, containing findingfs with re-
spect thereto, having been made and d~ircr(tedr to the President:
NOW, THIEREF'ORE, on. behalf of th~e President of thie United
States, I, Hugh. S. Johnson, Adinisiritrator for Industrial Rtt~\Ecovery,
pursuant to authority vested in me by Executive Orders of the Pres-
ident, including Executive Order No. GM31-A, dated Decemrber 30,
1933, and otherwise; do hereby inlc-orpora,ute, by r~eferelncc, said an-
nlexed report and do find that said amnendments and the Code as
const~itulted after being amlend~ed' C'ompl~y in all respc~ltts with the
pertinent prov,\isions~ and wrcill plcromote the policy and purposes of
said Title of said Act, andt do hereby- order that said amlendmentsn( be
and they are thereby approved, and that: the previous approval of
said Code is hereby modlifiedt to include an approval of said Code in
its enltir~ety as amnendced; pro-vided, however, that the trade practice
provisions of this Codet, inlsofar as they are applicable to the sale of
track-type tractors, be and they are hereby stayed pending myr
fulrth~er order~I, and provided fur~therl that pending such order the
trade practice provisions of the Code of ]Fair Competition for ~the
Farm Equipm'ent Industry shall apply to the sale of track-type

following amendments are established as a part of said Code ofC Fair
Complletition and shall be binding upon every mnemlber of the R~oadl

and his customer; nor shall any such. member inter~fer~e with or

tations for bids, shall be limited to purchases made within sixzty (60)

shall definitely spjec~ify articles;, sizes, qua~ntities, and delivery dates.
