An application having b~eenl duly mad~te pursuant to and in full
compliance with the prlovisions~ of Tjitlet I of the N~ational Indlustr~ial
Recovery~ Act, applroved June 16, 1933, for approval of an amend-
mrent to a Clode of Fair Compe~ttitionl for the Lye Indcustry, and
N~iotice of Opportunity to be Heard having been duly publlished
thereon anld the annllexed repilort on said ammenrl lent, containing
findings with respc'lt~C thereto, having been made and dir~ec~ted to thie
NOW, T'HEREIFORE, on behalf of the President of the United
State~s, the Nlrational Industrial Recovery Board, pursuant to au-
thority rested in it by` Exec~utive Orders of the ]President, including
Executive? Order No. 6859, dated SeptemblTer 27, 1934, and otherwise,
does hereby incorporate by reference said annexed report and does
find that said amendment and the Code as constituted after being
amlend'edl comllply in all rcspccts with the pertinent provisions and
will promote thle policy and purposes of said Title of said Act;
and does hereby order that said amendment be and it is hereby ap-
procved, annd that the previous approval of said Code is hereby
amlended~ to include an approval of said Code in its entiretya
amlendedt; provided~, however, that the words assents to and "i
