APPROVING AMIENDM\ENT OF THE CODE OF IFAIR COMIPETITION FOR THEB
FAN AND BLOWER INDUSTRY
An application having been duly made pursuant to and in full
compliance with the provisions of T~itle I of the National Industrial
Recovery Act, approved June 16, 1933, for approval of an amend-
Inent to a Code of Fair Competition for thle Fan and Blower Indus-
try, and opportunity to be heard having been noticed to all interested
parties, and the annexed report on said amendment, co~ntainiing finid-
ings w-ith respect thereto, having been made and directed to the
NOW\, THEREFORE, on behalf of t~he Presidenrt of t~he United
States, the National Industrial Recovery Board, pursuant to author-
ity rested in it by Executive Orders of the President., including
Executive Order No. 6859, dated September 27, 1934, and otherwise;
does hereby incorporate, by reference, said annexedl report and does
find that said amendment aind the Code as constituted after being
amended comnply in all respects withi the pertinent provisions and
will promote the policy and purposes of sold Title of said A~ct, und.
does hereby order that said amendlment be and it, is hiereby approved,
provided t~hat Alrticle V'I, Section 1 (c) 4, page 581! of saidl code, be
and it. is hereby dleletted, and that the previous approval of said C'ode
is hereby amended to include an ap'pr~oval of saidl Code in its:

petition for the Fan and Blowrer Industry, as revised after notice of
opportunity to be heard, published August 13, 1934, in accordance
w~ith Article IX, Section 2 (a) of said Code as approved on January

THE FAN AND BLOWER INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Article IX, Section '2 (a) of the Code of Fair Comn-
petition for the Faln andt Blow-er Industry, dluly approved by the
President on January 30, 1934, andl further to effectuate the policies
of Title I of the Neitional Indtustrial Recovery Act, the following
amendmrent. is established as a part of said Code of Fanir Com~petitioni
and shall be bindling upon every? member of the Fun and3 Blow~er
Ind ust ry.

(e) Th~e Code. Authority shall neither incur nor pay~ anyr obliga-
tion substantially in excess of the amount. thereolf as estimated in
its approved budgret, and shall in no event. exceed t~he total amount
contained in the approved budget, except upon approval of the
Administrator; and no subsequent budget shall contain any defi-
clency itern for expenditures in excess of prior budget estimates
except those which the Administrator shall have so approved.
