The Executive Board of the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Florida State
Pharmaceutical Association met May 21st, 1951, in the Angebilt Hotel,
Orlando, Florida, with the following members present:

Mrs. E. B. Moses Mrs. Euless Watford
Mrs. Werner Lauter Mrs. Sebe Ferguson
Mrs. John Lipthrot Mrs. W. L. Johnson
Mrs. John P. Harrell Mrs. G. F. Ivey
Hrs. A. R. Allison Mrs. Mitchell Troy
Mrs. Allen Uasey; Mrs. E. L. Campbell

The meeting was called to order by the President, Mrs. P. A. Foote,
and opened with the recitation of the Lord's Prayer.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and with corrections,
approved.

The Treasurer's report was r-ad an,' approved.

The Treasurer reported two out-standing loans collected during the
year. Collected from Collins and Conrad.

A letter written by Dr. P. A. Foote to Ralph Collins was read by
the corresponding secretary.

A letter from Mr. Robinson expressing his appreciation for a loan
was read.

A report from the Chairman of the Scholarship and Loan Committee,
Mrs. Sebe Ferguson, was given.

The following loans were granted during the year: William H.
Ftuny n $200.00; Charles T; Robinson $300.00; William Carter $250.00.

The President reported the Ladies' Auxiliary of Tampa had given
$25.00 for the entertainment fund, however, since money from the State
Association was sufficient to take care of this fund, the Board voted
we return this check.

Next, a round.-table discussion of problems of auxiliaries was held,
during which some helpful ideas were given by members of County auxiliaries.

The Corresponding Secretary reported two letters of sympathy written
during the year.

The President reminded the ladies to get Luncheon tickets at this time.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
