Handwriting (in red ink) on recto: “This tree is removed under present contract” Text on verso: You will note the 2" x 4" standing on the footing at the wall line, the trees marked X are the ones that will have to be taken out, and I think that it would be only a question of time until these trees would die as the roots have been cut off some three feet down in the ground, you will note that the wall line is about three feet from the trunk of the tree, the limbs will be in the way of the walls of the building, a proposal is being forwarded for performing this work.
