The University of Florida Digital Collections (UFDC) provides free access to
resources from the University of Florida's archives, libraries and museums, as well
as those of partnered institutions throughout Florida, the Caribbean, and abroad.
UFDC strengths rest in literature for children; maps and aerial photography;
newspapers; and Florida and Caribbean studies. Digital resources include
artifacts; herbarium specimens; multi-media; photographs; and oral histories, as
well as archives, books and journals.
UFDC includes searchable full text along with zoomable images for optimum
usability. Users can search by keyword or browse by thumbnail images. Access is
provided to millions of pages, thousands of images, and hundreds of artifacts, as
well as a growing collection of sounds and videos. New content is added daily.
