Invasion de Sauterelles
dite Uruyaga


Les indigenes relatent qu'en 1897 ou 1898 eut lieu une
terrible invasion de sauterelles, qui, apres avoir savi
dans le Ruanda Central, ravagea les provinces du Sud-ouest
et les hords du lac Kivu, datruisant notamment les cultures
de printemps. Ii en resulta une disette don't on a garden
encore le souvenir sous le nom de Uruyaga.
