AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 3 of
Ordinance No. 3 of 1913 entitled "An
Ordinance to amend 'The Customs
Duties Ordinance, 1895' and temporarily
to reduce the Import Duty on Rum"'

-W HEREAS by Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3 of 1913
power is given to the Governor in Council to
alter from time to time the Import Duty paid on rum
imported into the Colony and for this purpose to revive

of 1913.


and suspend again the operation of the said Ordinance
No. 3 of 1913.
And whereas it is expedient to repeal the said third
section of Ordinance No. 3 of 1913.

Be it enacted by the Governor with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council of Saint Vincent as
follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as " The Customs
Duties Ordinance, 1913 (ii)".

2. The third section of Ordinance No. 3 of 1913
entitled " An Ordinance to amend ' The Customs Duties
Ordinance 1895' and temporarily to reduce the import
duty on Rum", is hereby repealed.


Passed the Legislative Council the 6/h day of October, 1913, and
published mn the Government Gazet'e this 30h day of October, 1913.
