follow.- :-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as " The Customs
Duties Ordinancc, 1.s9:5, Amen.ubent Ordinance, 1913"
and ,)hall be read a.- one with " The Customns Duties
Ordinance, i895" or nny Ordinance amending or sub-
stituted for the same.


2. Notwithi-tanulingp anything contained in " The
Customs Duties Ordinance 1895" or " The Customs
Duties Ordinance, 1912" there shall be raised levied
collected and paid unto His Majesty for the Public uses
of the Colony upon every gallon of rum imported into
the. Colony from the date of this Ordinance to the 31st
day of March 1913, the amount of four shillings (4/-)
per proof gallon according to Sykes Hydrometer.


,Passed the Legislative Coiunel the 14th day of January, 1913, and
published in the Government Gazette this 16th day of January, 1913.
