AN ORDINANCE to legalise the Expcnditure of certain
sums of money paid from the General Revenue for the
service of the financial year ended thirty-first March One
thousand nine hundred and thirteen in addition to the
sums granted by the Appropriation Ordinance, 1912.

BE it enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent

Legalization of ex-
penditure in excess
-of appropriations.


1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supplementary
Appropriation Ordinance, 1913

2. The sums set forth in the Schedule hereto annexed'
amounting to one thousand seven hundred and twenty-eight
pounds, twelve shillings and eleven pence, which sums have been
paid for the service of this Colony during the year which com-
menced on the first day of April, 1912, and ended on the thirty-
first day of March, 1913, in addition to the sums granted by the
Appropriation Ordinance, 1912, are hereby declared to have been
lawfully paid and appropriated out of the General Revenue of
this Colony for the services mentioned in the said Schedule.
