AN ORDINANCE to amend the Spirits Ordinance, 1886.

B E it enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council of Saint Lucia, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Spirits Ordinance, 1886,
Amendment Ordinance, 1915, and shall be read and construed as
one with the Spirits Ordinance, 1886, hereinafter called the

than can reasonably be consumed in his household, the
Treasurer may, by notice under his hand, order such person
within four days after the receipt of such notice to pay the
duty and warehouse rent and remove all such spirits from
the warehouse; and should the order be not obeyed within
the time aforesaid, he may, with the approval of the
Governor in Council, cause such spirits to be forfeited."
