AN ORDINANCE to amend the Customs Tariff Ordinance, 1912.

[ 29th December, 1915. ]

BE it enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council of Saint Lucia, as follows:-

Short title.


Addition to Second
Schedule to No. 1
of 1912.


1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Customs Tariff Ordin-
ance, 1912, Amendment Ordinance, 1915 (No. 3), and shall be
read and construed as one with the Customs Tariff Ordinance,
1912, hereinafter called the principal Ordinance.

2. There shall be added between the second and third para-
graphs of the Second Schedule to the principal Ordinance the
following:-
"Bags, sacks, and barrels for shipping produce."
