No. 1 of 1915.


AN ORDINANCE to legalise the Expenditure of certain
sums of money paid from the General Revenue for the
service of the financial year ended thirty-first March One
thousand nine hundred and fourteen in addition to the
sums granted by the Appropriation Ordinance, 1913.

of the Legislative Council of St. Lucia, as follows :-

Short title.


Legalization of ex-
penditure in exces-
of appropriations.


1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supplementary
Appropriation Ordinance, 1915.

2. The sum set. forth in the Schedule hereto annexed,
amounting to seventy-nine pounds, one shilling and two pence,
which sum has been paid for the service of this Colony during
the year which commenced on the first day of April, 1913, and
ended on the thirty-first day of March, 1914, in addition to the
sums granted by the Appropriation Ordinance, 1913, is hereby
declared to have been lawfully paid and appropriated out of the
General Revenue of this Colony for the services mentioned in
the said Schedule.
